Evren Gunduz is a global authority in adolescent leadership and mindset education. He has inspired tens of thousands of teens worldwide in every capacity from 1 on 1 coaching to keynotes audiences upward of a thousand. He has dedicated his life to his passion for the research and development of a transformative curriculum and strategy to raise confidence, courage, optimism, and agency in teens. Evren earned his Masters from Harvard University concentrating in developmental psychology and his Bachelor of Science from UMass Amherst. He is the recipient of the Goldin Foundation Excellence in Education Award, the Harvard Intellectual Faculty Contribution Award, the Marquis Who's Who in Education award, and the National Top 100 Keynote Speakers Award. Evren is also the Head Varsity Girls Soccer Coach at Dover-Sherborn High School where his teams are 3x State Final Four Championships, 2x League Championships, 4x League Sportsmanship Awards, and 1x National Sportsmanship & Ethics Award. Evren is a 4x League Coach of the Year, 1x Eastern MA Coach of the Year, and the National Coach of Significance. Evren is an avid ultra-marathoner who has completed multiple 100 mile and 50 mile races.

Tara Beth Gunduz, M.Ed., is a co-founder of the Leadership Academy and a member of the Board of Directors for Enjoy Life Education. Tara has a Master of Education from Framingham State University, and holds certifications in Yoga, Mindfulness, and several other holistic healing disciplines. In addition to her role with Enjoy Life Education, Tara is an AP Calculus and General Math teacher at Natick High School, the Varsity Girls Soccer Assistant Coach at Dover-Sherborn High School, and she teaches yoga classes for local studios and corporations. Her personal mission is to encourage others to live each day with purpose, actualize their potential and nurture the best version of themselves possible.
